What is an ASO?

An Administrative Services Organization (ASO) allows you to outsource your accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and compliance services to a third-party entity. In doing so, the ASO does not become a co-employer, but rather enables your team remain focused on the day-to-day operations of your business. 

Benefits of an ASO

Working with an ASO takes the administrative burden off employers, allowing you to focus on what you do best. Unlike typical Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs), an ASO is not a co-employer, and so you maintain and preserve your control as the sole employer of your workforce. For example, employee wages & salaries are still paid through your business' unique tax ID number, yet is processed by the ASO.
